I updated but still see the old version

Your browser is probably showing a saved copy.

Hard-refresh the page: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, or pull down to refresh on a phone.
Open the link in a private or incognito window to rule out your browser's cache.
Check that you used Update on the existing project, not a new upload with a different name.
