Questions, answered
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it doesn't expire. You get 1 live project on a droply.page link, 10 MB of uploads and 5,000 visits a month. Free projects show a small Droply badge and aren't listed in search engines; any paid plan changes both.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not for the free plan. You only add a card when you pick a paid plan or start the Plus trial.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
New accounts can try Plus free for 7 days. You add a card, pay $0 today and get every Plus feature straight away. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged; otherwise Plus continues at $16 a month. One trial per customer.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes, any time from Account → Plan & billing. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades leave a credit for your next bill. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted: projects over the Free limit are archived and come back when you upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Every paid plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 7 days of paying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
What happens if I go over my monthly visits?
No surprise charges and nothing is deleted. Your projects show a short "temporarily unavailable" page until the next month starts or you upgrade, and then they're back at the same links. We email you when you get close.
Which payment methods can I use?
Any major card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Which plans include custom domains?
Plus, Pro and Max. Connect a domain you own (like work.yourname.com) and we set up HTTPS for it automatically. Every plan, including Free, gets a secure droply.page link.
Can I use Droply from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. Connect Droply to Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to publish what it made; you get a link back in the chat. Plus and above also include the Droply API.
Will my project show up in Google?
On paid plans, yes: search engines can find and list your projects. Free projects are always kept out of search results, which stops people from using Droply to host spam. On Pro you can also hide any project from search engines.
Is my work private?
Projects aren't listed anywhere on Droply, so people need the link to open them. Plus adds password protection and email capture, and Pro can hide projects from search engines and turn off downloads. Everything is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare.
