Images, fonts or styles don't load

File paths that only worked on your computer.

  1. Upper and lower case: Photo.JPG and photo.jpg are different files online. Make the names match exactly.
  2. Paths to your computer: anything starting with C:\, file:// or /Users/ only works on your machine. Use paths like images/photo.jpg.
  3. Missing files: if you uploaded a single HTML file, images next to it on your computer were not included. Upload a ZIP with everything instead.

Tip: open the page, right-click → Inspect → Console. Missing files are listed in red with their exact names.
