On Pro and above, open the project with Update, go to Access Settings and turn on Disable Downloads. Visitors can still view the files in the browser, but the download buttons are hidden.
This keeps casual visitors from saving the file. It cannot stop someone determined from taking screenshots or recording their screen, so do not rely on it for truly secret material.
