Welcome to Droply. By accessing or using droply.so (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and you agree to comply with them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Droply is a static-file hosting platform that allows you to upload HTML files, ZIP archives, and other static assets and serve them via a subdomain (e.g. yoursite.droply.page) or a custom domain (paid plans). You can use Droply from its website, through our API, or through AI apps you connect to your account (for example Claude or ChatGPT). Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through the help page if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host, distribute, or link to illegal content of any kind.
• Upload malware, phishing pages, or any code designed to harm others.
• Impersonate another person, company or brand, or collect passwords, payment details, crypto wallet phrases or other credentials from visitors under false pretences.
• Host gambling, sexually explicit or violent content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Send spam or engage in any form of unsolicited communication.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

These rules apply to everything published from your account, including content published by an AI app or script you have connected to it.

How we enforce these rules. We check uploads automatically and review reports sent through our report form. We may take projects offline, sometimes automatically when several people report the same project for phishing or malware, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice or refund. If you believe we made a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

5. API and AI Apps

You can access the Service through our API with an API key, or by connecting an AI app to your account. Keep your API key confidential; anyone with it can act on your account. When you connect an AI app, you allow it to perform the actions shown on the connection screen, and you are responsible for what it does on your behalf. You can revoke API keys and disconnect AI apps at any time from your account settings. Use of the API and AI connectors is subject to rate limits and your plan's limits.

6. Storage, Bandwidth, and Limits

Each plan includes defined storage and bandwidth limits as shown on the pricing page. We may enforce these limits technically or by suspending sites that materially exceed them. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in US dollars. By providing a payment method you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — contact us through the help page within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. A paid plan is a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe. At checkout you ask us to start it right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once it has started. This does not affect the 7-day money-back guarantee above.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your sites will remain accessible until that date, after which they may be downgraded or removed in accordance with the free plan limits.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content you grant Droply a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, cache, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Droply's name, logo, and software are the exclusive property of Droply and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Uptime and Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
